Find out what happens to your training, personal records, and workout history after a program subscription ends or a fixed length program is complete.

Your training history is yours to keep, permanently. Even after a subscription ends, a fixed length program completes, or you move to a different coach, everything you have completed stays in your FITR account.

  • Your fixed length program has finished and you want to check if you can still see it

  • You have ended a subscription and want to know what you still have access to

  • You want to understand how Personal Records carry over between programs

  • All past training β€” every session delivered to you while subscribed stays visible on your calendar permanently

  • Performance notes and results β€” everything you logged is saved to your account and never removed

  • Personal Records β€” your PRs are tied to your account, not to any individual program. They carry over automatically to any new programs you join

  • Body metrics β€” any measurements you have tracked remain in your profile

After a subscription ends

New training sessions stop appearing on your calendar, and active features like community chat and leaderboards will no longer be live. But your entire history of completed sessions, notes, and PRs remains fully accessible.

I cannot find my old training on my calendar

  • Your calendar defaults to today's view. Scroll back to the relevant date to find past sessions, or use Workout History in the app to search by program, exercise, or date.

My PRs are not showing in my new program

  • Your PR history is saved - tap the tracking icon in the app to view all your recorded PRs across all programs. PRs only appear automatically on your calendar when your coach has specifically added that PR tracking to a session.
