How to remove a client's access to a program immediately by cancelling their subscription; including the option to issue a refund.

You can remove a client's access to a program immediately by cancelling their subscription. This removes the program from their training calendar.


πŸ–₯ How to cancel a client's subscription

  1. Go to Programs and open the relevant program

  2. Click More and select the Clients tab

  3. Find the client and click More next to their name

  4. Select Cancel Subscription

  5. Optionally issue a refund during this step

The program will be removed from the client's calendar from the next day.
