Record and Track a Personal Best (Client)

How to log a Personal Best in the FITR Client App — the metrics you can track, how to add entries, and how to attach notes or media.

Updated this week

Personal Records let clients log and track their best performances for any movement or metric — lifts, runs, distances, and more. Results are stored in Workout History and can be used by coaches to personalise future programming.

📋 What you can record

Personal Records support the following metric types: Weight, Time, Reps, Distance, Calories, RPM, SPM, BPM, and Watts.

📱 How to record a Personal Best

  1. Open the FITR Client App and go to your Profile

  2. Select Tracking

  3. Tap Add a new Personal Record

  4. Name the record (e.g. "Back Squat 1RM"), choose your metric type, and enter your result

  5. Add notes or attach a video or photo if you want to document the lift

  6. Save — it appears in your Tracking history immediately

You can also add a new PR entry to an existing record at any time to track how it progresses.
