How to do client check-ins and track progress with photos and videos on FITR - using Personal Records, Body Metrics, and Challenges.

Yes, FITR has three tracking areas where clients can log progress data and attach photos or videos, and where coaches can review it and leave comments.


βš™οΈ Tracking areas

Personal Records - clients log benchmark results (e.g. 1RM Back Squat) and can attach a video of the lift. You can view their progress over time and leave feedback.

Body Metrics - clients track body measurements (e.g. weight, body fat) and can attach progress photos alongside each entry.

Challenges - clients log results on named workouts (e.g. Fran, Grace) and can attach media. You see a running progress chart and can comment on each entry.

For all three, clients receive a push notification when you leave a comment and can reply from the app.
