Tracking Personal Records (Coach and Client)

How clients track Personal Records over time, and how coaches view PR history and progress charts from the client profile.

Personal Records let clients log and track performance benchmarks over time, for lifts, runs, swims, gymnastics movements, and more. Coaches can view a client's full PR history and progress chart from the client profile.


πŸ“± For clients β€” tracking your Personal Records

  1. Open the FITR Client App and go to your Profile

  2. Select Tracking

  3. Here you can see all your recorded PRs and add a new one

  4. Tap any PR to view your progress chart and all past entries

  5. Edit or delete an entry using the ... menu on any entry

  6. Use the comments icon (top right of any PR) to leave notes for yourself or your coach

PRs can record the following metrics: Weight, Time, Reps, Distance, Calories, RPM, SPM, BPM, and Watts.


πŸ–₯ For coaches β€” viewing a client's Personal Records

  1. Go to the Clients tab and select the client

  2. Open the Personal Records tab on their profile

  3. Click View Progress on any PR to open the chart showing the last 7, 14, or 30 entries

  4. Leave comments on the right-hand side β€” clients receive a push notification and can reply from the app
