My Client Is Sitting in Pending - What Do I Do? (Coach)

Why a client is in the Pending tab on a 1-2-1 program and how to move them to Active - sending the program invite and what happens next.

A client sitting in the Pending tab on a 1-2-1 program is by design. The Pending tab is a holding area - it lets you prepare training content in a client's private calendar before they formally sign up, so training is waiting for them the moment they join.


πŸ–₯ How to get a pending client to active

If you added the client manually and they are in Pending, send them their program invite when you are ready:

  1. Go to the Pending clients tab on the program

  2. Click Send program invite next to their name

An email is sent to the client with a link to sign up. Once they complete the signup process, they move automatically to the Active clients tab and you will receive a notification.


⚠️ Client not appearing at all?

If a client signed up but is not showing on the program, check that they completed the full signup flow. If the same person has both a coach and client account, they need to use a different email address for each.
