How to change how far in advance clients can see their training - settings for Group Rolling Calendar, 1-2-1, Session 1 Day 1, and Fixed Length programs.

How far ahead clients can see their training depends on the program type.


⚙️ Group Rolling Calendar and 1-2-1

You can set the visibility window yourself:

  1. Go to the program from your main list

  2. Open the Settings tab

  3. Find the training visibility option and set how many days ahead clients can see


⚙️ Session 1 Day 1

Visibility is fixed at 7 days ahead and cannot be changed. When a client starts the program, the first 7 days flow into their calendar. As each day passes, the next day is automatically added. Keep your schedule at least 7 days ahead to avoid clients reaching the end of their visible content.

Note: updates to a Session 1 Day 1 schedule take effect at the end of the day, not in real time.


⚙️ Fixed Length

Clients get access to the full program from their start date. Visibility cannot be restricted on Fixed Length programs.
