How to add or update your payment method on FITR as a client, on both desktop and mobile.

You can add or update your payment method in FITR from both desktop and mobile. Your payment details are stored securely by Stripe and used for any program subscriptions you sign up for.

  • You are subscribing to a paid program and need to add a payment method

  • You want to update your card details or add a new card

  • Your current card has expired and payments are failing


πŸ–₯ Desktop

  1. Select Billing from the left-hand menu

  2. Click Payment Method

  3. Add or update your card details and save


πŸ“± Mobile

  1. Open the FITR app and tap your profile icon in the top right corner

  2. Tap My Programs, then tap the menu icon in the top right and select Billing

  3. Open Payment Method

  4. Add or update your card details and save


πŸ”§ Troubleshooting and FAQs

My card details saved but checkout is still failing

  • Your card may have been declined by your bank. Check the card number and expiry are correct, or try a different card. Contact your bank if the issue persists.

The payment form is not loading

  • Try a different browser, clear your cache, or switch to the mobile app. If the issue continues, contact FITR Support.
