Apply a Coupon Code to an Active Subscription (Client)

How to apply a coupon or discount code to an active program subscription on FITR, on desktop and mobile.

If your coach has sent you a discount code after you already subscribed, you can apply it to your active subscription directly from your FITR account. The discount takes effect from your next payment, it does not apply to any payments already made.

  • Your coach has given you a coupon code and you are already subscribed to their program

  • You want to apply a discount to reduce your future payments


πŸ–₯ Desktop

  1. Go to Billing from the left-hand menu

  2. Find the active subscription you want to apply the discount to

  3. Click More next to the program

  4. Select Add Discount Code

  5. Enter your code exactly as provided and confirm


πŸ“± Mobile

  1. Open the FITR app and tap your profile icon

  2. Select My Programs

  3. Tap the program you want to apply the discount to

  4. Tap Manage Subscription

  5. Tap More, then select Add Discount Code

  6. Enter the code and confirm


πŸ”§ Troubleshooting and FAQs

The coupon did not apply to my last payment

  • Coupons only apply to future payments and not charges already processed. Check your next billing date to confirm the discount is now active.

My code is not working

  • Double-check the code for typos, extra spaces, or 0 vs O confusion. Also confirm with your coach that the code is still valid and applies to this specific program.
