Once you assign a Habit, your client sees it on their home screen below their program cards and logs their own completion in the FITR app.
⚙️ How it works for clients
Clients view their habits within their calendar feed, alongside their program
A habit counts as completed once the client logs any value against it, for example ticking off a completed mindfulness session or entering hours slept
Clients can edit previously logged values using the three-dot menu if they made a mistake
Future-dated logging is blocked. The log option is disabled for any day that hasn't happened yet
⚙️ Progress and charts
Clients can view habit charts and progress trends for each habit they're following
They can compare progress against the target value you set, for example logged glasses of water against a daily target
They can view percentage change over 7 days, 30 days, and 3 months to see whether consistency is improving
On the chart, a grey bar shows the target value, light green means a value was logged but the target wasn't met, and darker green means the target was hit or exceeded.
⚠️ Clients enrolled in multiple programs
A client can only follow one program's habit track at a time. This works the same way as choosing which program's macros to follow. If a client hasn't selected any habits yet, they'll see a prompt asking them to choose which ones to follow before habits appear on their home screen.
