Body Metrics Tracking lets clients log measurements like bodyweight, body fat, and other physical stats directly in the FITR app. Coaches can view progress charts, leave comments, and have ongoing conversations about results.

You want to start tracking your body metrics as a client
You want to review a client's body metrics progress as a coach
You want to comment on a client's progress and communicate through the tracking feature
π± For clients - how to log body metrics
Open the FITR app
Tap the graph icon in the bottom footer menu
Select Body Metrics
Tap Add new entry to log a measurement
From this screen you can also view your full history, see a progress chart for each metric, and edit or delete past entries using the three-dot menu.
π Viewing your history
Select a specific body metric (e.g. bodyweight, body fat, measurements) to see your full progress chart and entry history.
π¬ Commenting and messaging your coach
Tap the comments icon in the top-right corner of a metric to leave notes for yourself or send a message directly to your coach. Your coach will be notified and can respond.
π₯ For coaches - how to review client body metrics
Go to the Clients tab in your dashboard
Select the client you want to review
Click the Body Metrics tab
Click the View Progress icon next to a metric to see their chart
Use the selector at the top to view the last 7, 14, or 30 entries
Leave a comment in the panel to the right - the client receives a push notification and can reply from the app
