How to troubleshoot login issues on FITR — wrong email, session conflicts, forgotten passwords, and incomplete invite flows.

If you or a client cannot log in to FITR, the most common causes are entering the wrong email, a session conflict between account types, or an incomplete invite setup. Work through the steps below to resolve it.


🔧 Step-by-step troubleshooting

1. Check you are using the right email

  • Make sure you are entering the exact email used to register. If you used a + alias (e.g. [email protected]), try that

  • Coach and client accounts are completely separate — check you are logging into the right account type

2. Log out of all FITR accounts first

  • If you are logged into one account type, log out fully before trying to access another. Session conflicts are a common cause of login failures

3. Reset your password

  • Use the Forgot Password option on the login screen. Check your spam folder if the reset email does not arrive

4. Complete the invite process

  • If you were invited by a coach and have never logged in before, check your email for the original invitation and complete the account setup including setting a password
