Change a Coach's Profile Picture (Coach)

How to update a coach's profile picture in your FITR account as the account owner.

As an account owner, you can update the profile picture for any coach in your account from the Settings area.


📋 When to use this

  • A coach's profile picture needs updating

  • The wrong avatar is showing to clients

  • You are setting up a new coaching team member's profile


⚠️ Before you start

  • You must be logged in as the account owner — invited coaches cannot update each other's profile pictures


🖥 How to update a coach's profile picture

  1. Log in and click your profile picture in the bottom-left corner

  2. Select Settings

  3. Open the Coaches tab

  4. Find the coach you want to update and click Edit next to their name

  5. Upload a new profile picture

  6. Save the changes

The updated picture will appear across FITR immediately, for both coaches and clients.


🔧 Troubleshooting and FAQs

The new profile picture is not showing yet

  • Try refreshing the page or logging out and back in — this is usually a browser cache issue that clears immediately.

  • Profile picture changes are not saving

  • The wrong avatar continues to display after refreshing
