As an account owner, you can update the profile picture for any coach in your account from the Settings area.

A coach's profile picture needs updating
The wrong avatar is showing to clients
You are setting up a new coaching team member's profile
⚠️ Before you start
You must be logged in as the account owner — invited coaches cannot update each other's profile pictures
🖥 How to update a coach's profile picture
Log in and click your profile picture in the bottom-left corner
Select Settings
Open the Coaches tab
Find the coach you want to update and click Edit next to their name
Upload a new profile picture
Save the changes
The updated picture will appear across FITR immediately, for both coaches and clients.
🔧 Troubleshooting and FAQs
The new profile picture is not showing yet
Try refreshing the page or logging out and back in — this is usually a browser cache issue that clears immediately.
