Session 1 Day 1 — Rescheduling Rules and the 7-Day Window (Coach)

How rescheduling works on Session 1 Day 1 programs, including the 7-day forward limit and what to do when a client can only see one day of training.

Session 1 Day 1 programs show clients a 7-day rolling window of training ahead of their current position. This creates some specific behaviour when clients reschedule, which is worth understanding.


⚙️ How the 7-day window works

By default, clients on a Session 1 Day 1 program can see the current day plus 6 days ahead. This means:

  • Clients can reschedule backwards freely — to revisit weeks they have already completed or repeat a cycle

  • Clients can reschedule forwards by up to 7 days — but this uses up their visible window


⚠️ What happens when a client reschedules to the limit

If a client reschedules forwards all the way to their last visible day, they will see only that final day, and no further programming beyond it. They have effectively moved to the edge of their paid window.

This is intentional, as it prevents clients from skipping ahead into programming they have not yet paid for.

To return to the normal view (with 7 days of programming ahead), the client simply needs to reschedule backwards to their actual current day. This restores the full 7-day forward window.


🔧 Troubleshooting and FAQs

A client says they can only see one day of training

  • They have likely rescheduled forwards to the limit of their window. Ask them to use the reschedule feature to move back to today's date. This will restore the normal 7-day view.

Why can't clients reschedule further than 7 days forward?

  • This is a deliberate limit. If clients could keep rescheduling forward in unlimited steps, they could access programming beyond what their subscription covers.
