You can create coupon codes in FITR to offer discounts on any of your programs. Coupons can be a fixed percentage off for one month, several months, or forever. Once created, some settings cannot be changed, so it is worth reading this before you set one up.

You want to offer a discount to new sign-ups
You want to reward existing clients with a reduced rate
You want to create a free access code (100% off) for a program
🖥 How to create a coupon
Go to Coupons in the left menu of your coach dashboard
Click Create a Coupon Code
Set the discount percentage (e.g. 20% off, or 100% for free access)
Set the duration:
One month — discount applies for one payment only
Multiple months — discount applies for a set number of months
Forever / Indefinite — discount applies for as long as the client is subscribed
Optionally set a usage limit — how many times the code can be redeemed in total
Click Create
⚠️ Important things to know before you create
Settings cannot be edited after creation — the discount percentage and duration are locked once the coupon is saved. If you need to change them, you must create a new coupon and deactivate the old one
Minimum duration is 1 month — coupons cannot be created for less than one month. If you want to offer a short free period, use the free trial feature instead
Coupons stack — if a client already has a discount applied and you add another, both apply simultaneously. For example, a client on a permanent 10% off code who receives a one-month 30% code will pay 40% off that month, then return to 10% off the following month

I need to change a coupon's discount or duration
This is not possible once a coupon has been created. Create a new coupon with the correct settings and deactivate the old one.

How do I share the coupon code with clients?
Clients enter the code at checkout when signing up to a program. You can share the code directly: by email, in your community, or anywhere you promote your programs.
