What to check if your discount code or coupon is not working when signing up to a training program on FITR.

If your discount code is not working when signing up to a program, there are a few quick things to check before contacting support. Most coupon issues are caused by simple formatting errors or an expired code.

  • Your coupon code is being rejected at checkout

  • The code does not seem to be reducing the price


πŸ”§ Things to check first

  1. Remove any spaces - if you copied the code from an email, there may be an invisible space before or after the code. Delete and retype it manually if needed

  2. Check 0 vs O - the number zero (0) and the letter O look very similar. Double-check which one is in your code

  3. Check the program - confirm with your coach that the code is valid for the specific program you are signing up to

  4. Check expiry - confirm with your coach that the code is still active and has not expired or reached its usage limit
