If your clients cannot see your custom brand colours in the FITR app, there are a few simple things to check. This is almost always resolved by updating the app or doing a full restart.

A client is seeing the default FITR green branding instead of your custom colours
Your branding was previously showing but has stopped appearing
A new client has joined but cannot see your branding

Custom branding requires a PRO Plan subscription
Clients must have the latest version of the FITR Client App - older versions do not support custom branding
π§ Steps to fix
Ask the client to check their app version and update to the latest version if available
Ask the client to fully close the app (swipe it away) and reopen it - this forces the app to check for updated branding from coaches
If the client follows multiple coaches, branding only applies once they navigate to your specific program inside the app. It will not appear on the home screen if they are also following other coaches
If the client only follows your programming, your branding should appear as soon as they log in

The client updated and restarted but still can't see my branding
Cause: There may be a delay in the app refreshing branding, or the branding setup in your account may be incomplete.
Fix: Check your branding is fully saved in Settings > Customisation in your coach dashboard. If everything looks correct, contact FITR Support.
My app icon is not showing for clients
App icons go through a review and update cycle that can take up to 2 to 3 weeks. Check the progress in the App Logo section under Customisation in your Settings.
