FITR's Customisation feature lets you apply your own brand colours and logo to the FITR web platform and native iOS and Android apps. Your clients follow your programming through the FITR app experience, but it looks and feels like your brand.
📋What Customisation includes
Web: upload your header logo to your client web portal and checkout screens, and set your primary, secondary, and text colours using a colour wheel or RGBA/HEX codes
App: upload your logo as an app icon your clients can choose on their Home Screen, and set your colour theme for both light and dark mode, including primary and secondary areas, backgrounds, and text
A custom branded web address (such as your-brand.fitr.training) and direct purchase links that send clients straight to your branded checkout, bypassing the FITR Storefront
📱What your clients see
Clients download the FITR Client App as usual
Once they log into your program, they see your branding throughout
FITR branding stays visible in the app, which is the main difference from Custom App
⚙️Customisation vs Custom App
Customisation applies your branding inside the FITR Client App, using FITR's developer accounts
Custom App is a separate add-on that gives you your own standalone app on the App Store and Google Play, under your own developer accounts, with no FITR branding.
⚠️Good to know
Customisation is included on every paid FITR plan and during your free trial
If your trial ends and you have not started a paid plan, your branding reverts to FITR until you do
