This means the program has been set to private and the client's email address is not on the access list. Check the program's Accessibility settings and add their email.
π₯ How to fix it
Open the program and go to the Settings tab
Scroll down to Accessibility
Check whether the client's email is listed, and if not, add it
Once added, the client will be able to access the program. Also worth checking: some clients have multiple accounts or may have signed up with a different email address than you expect.
