Yes - clients can upload photos and videos directly in the FITR app, and you as their coach can view everything they share from your coach account.

π What clients can upload
Photos and videos up to 500 MB per file
Media can be attached to training performances - ideal for form checks and workout videos
Media can be added directly against Personal Records, Challenges, and Body Metrics
π₯ Where coaches can view client media
Open the relevant program schedule and enter review mode to see client performances and any attached media
Go to a client's profile and select the Personal Records or Challenges tab to view media attached to those entries
You can leave comments on any media your clients share - they will receive a push notification when you respond
π§ Troubleshooting and FAQs
A client uploaded media but I can't see it
Cause: You may be viewing the schedule without review mode active, or the media is attached to a Personal Record rather than a performance note.
Fix: Enable review mode in the schedule, or check the client's Personal Records and Challenges tabs in their profile.
