Can Clients Upload Photos and Videos for Their Coach to See? (Coach)

Clients can upload photos and videos in the FITR app for coaches to view - attached to performances, Personal Records, Challenges, and Body Metrics.

Updated today

Yes - clients can upload photos and videos directly in the FITR app, and you as their coach can view everything they share from your coach account.

πŸ“‹ When to use this

  • You want to understand how clients can share media with you

  • A client wants to share a video of their form or a progress photo

  • You want to know where to find media uploaded by your clients

πŸ“Ž What clients can upload

  • Photos and videos up to 500 MB per file

  • Media can be attached to training performances - ideal for form checks and workout videos

  • Media can be added directly against Personal Records, Challenges, and Body Metrics

πŸ–₯ Where coaches can view client media

  • Open the relevant program schedule and enter review mode to see client performances and any attached media

  • Go to a client's profile and select the Personal Records or Challenges tab to view media attached to those entries

  • You can leave comments on any media your clients share - they will receive a push notification when you respond

πŸ”§ Troubleshooting and FAQs

A client uploaded media but I can't see it

  • Cause: You may be viewing the schedule without review mode active, or the media is attached to a Personal Record rather than a performance note.

  • Fix: Enable review mode in the schedule, or check the client's Personal Records and Challenges tabs in their profile.
