The full process from submission to your app icon appearing in the Client App typically takes 2 to 3 weeks. Here is what happens during that time:
Internal review - FITR checks your submission for quality requirements (resolution, file size, format)
App store submission - once approved, it is submitted as part of a Client App update, which happens roughly every 2 weeks
App update goes live - after the app store review passes, your clients can select your logo as their app icon
You can check the current status of your submission from the App logo area within Customisation in your coach account.
