Most Custom Apps go live within 4 to 7 weeks from kickoff. FITR handles the build, app store submissions, resubmissions, and all the technical complexity. You provide branding assets, complete two short setup forms at key stages, and sign off on testing - we take care of the rest.

If your Custom App is not live within 7 weeks and the delay is clearly on FITR's side, we will pause your Custom App charges until your app is live. This means your investment is protected, FITR is accountable, and incentives are fully aligned.
