Title Media makes a media attachment, a video or image - the main visual focus of a training block, rather than the text. It is useful when the movement or content itself is the most important element of the part.
🖥 How to set Title Media
When building a training part, add your media attachment as normal. Then hover over the attachment and click the Title icon that appears. The media item will shift to become the dominant element of the block, with the text displayed as secondary context below it.
