Creating and Customising Training Parts (Coach)

How to create and customise training parts in a FITR program schedule - adding content, media, and understanding what clients see.

Training parts are the building blocks of your program schedule. Each part is a section of the day - a warm-up, a main set, a coach note, or anything you want. Clients can log performance notes against each part individually.


πŸ–₯ How to add a training part

  1. Hover over any day in your program schedule and click the Free Text or Sets icon

  2. A sidebar opens - give the part a title and write your instructions

  3. Add media if needed

  4. Hit Save in the bottom-right corner


βš™οΈ Adding media to a part

You can attach videos, images, or documents to any part. Options include uploading your own media, linking a YouTube video, uploading a PDF, or using FITR's Suggested Media library of professionally shot movement videos.

To make a media item the primary focus of the block rather than the text, hover over it and click the Title icon. See What is Title Media? for more.


βš™οΈ What clients see

Training block text shows up to 20 lines by default. Clients can expand or collapse longer content with Show More / Show Less. Completed blocks are highlighted in your customisation's primary colour.
