You can attach videos, images, PDFs, or YouTube links to any training block in your program schedule. Resources appear directly in the client's training day view.

You want to add instructional videos or movement standards to a session
You want clients to have reference documents like PDFs or images alongside their training

Resources can be added to free text blocks and Sets and Reps blocks in your schedule
Uploaded files must be under 500MB per file
π₯ How to add a Resource to a training block
Open your program and navigate to the training day
Click into the training block where you want to add a resource
Click Add Resource on the block
Choose one of the three options:
YouTube: Paste the full YouTube video URL into the YouTube field and click Add Link. The video will be embedded directly in the training block. All added YouTube URLs are saved to your library for reuse.
My Library (upload from device): Click Upload from Device and select a video, image, or document. Uploaded files are saved in your Resources library automatically.
FITR Library: Browse FITR's built-in movement video library and click Add to attach any video to the block.

The video is not playing for clients
If uploaded directly, the file may be too large or in an unsupported format. Try embedding via YouTube instead.
The YouTube link is not saving
Make sure you are using the full video URL (e.g.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xxxxx), not a shortened link.
The uploaded resource is not showing after I added it
Refresh the page and check again. If still missing, re-upload the file.
