Block / stop access to a program immediately for a client

I want to block / stop a client having access to a program immediately.

Summary

Stop a client from accessing a program immediately by cancelling their subscription. This removes the program from their calendar and optionally allows you to issue a refund.

When to use this

  • A client requests immediate program cancellation

  • You need to revoke access due to billing or compliance issues

Before you start

  • You must be a coach with admin access to the client’s program

  • The client must be subscribed to the program you want to block

Step-by-step instructions

Desktop

  1. Navigate to your Programs tab.

  2. Click More on the relevant program and select the Clients tab.

  3. Locate the client whose access you want to stop.

  4. Click More next to their name and select Cancel Subscription.

  5. Optionally, choose to issue a refund during cancellation.

  6. The program will no longer appear in the client’s calendar from the next day.

Troubleshooting & FAQs

  • Problem: Cancel Subscription button not visible → Cause: Client not subscribed → Fix: Confirm the client is enrolled in the program

  • Problem: Program still appears in client calendar → Cause: Changes take effect from the next day → Fix: Wait 24 hours or refresh client app
