Can clients see training/programming in the past when they subscribe (sign up) to a training program?

How historic training works

  • When a client joins a program, they will only see training from the date they subscribed onward.

  • Clients cannot access training that was scheduled before their subscription date.

  • Any training or programming delivered while the client is subscribed will remain accessible in their account.

For example:

  • In a Fixed-Length program, clients will only see the remaining sessions from the day they join.

  • In daily or ongoing programming, clients will see workouts from the moment their subscription becomes active.

  • Clients cannot retroactively access past sessions that occurred before they joined.

  • All programming delivered during the client’s subscription remains available to them.

  • This applies to both individual workouts and full programs.
