You can remove a program from your library by either deleting it or archiving it. Deleting is only possible if no client has ever used the program. In every other case you archive it, which keeps your program history intact.
🖥 How to delete a program
You can only delete a program if it has never been used by a client, because deleting removes the links between the program and clients' calendars.
To delete, click the... more menu on the program in your main list and click Delete
If you do not see the Delete option, the program has been used and must be archived instead
🖥 How to archive a program
You can archive a Fixed Length program at any time, and this does not affect anyone currently following it or who has followed it in the past
For subscription-based programs, you cannot archive while active clients are attached. You will either need to cancel their subscription for them, or wait for them to leave the program themselves.
Go to your main programs list
Click the... more menu on the program you want to achieve
Click Archive
Archived programs are removed from your main list (you can still find them using filters), and clients can no longer download or subscribe to them. The program is also removed from your public page if it was set as publicly available.
🔧 Alternative Method for Fixed-Length Programs
Another option is to reschedule the program to its last possible date, which moves it to Past Programs:
Open the Fixed Length program you want to remove
Change its schedule to the last day of its duration, for example the last day of a 6-week timeline
The program will then appear under Past Programs and will no longer get in the way of your active list.
