Do I Need a New Account to Follow a Different Coach? (Client)

You do not need a new account to follow programs from a different coach. Your FITR client account works with any coach on the platform.

Updated yesterday

No - you do not need a new client account to follow programs from different coaches. Your FITR client account is yours and works with any coach on the platform.

πŸ“‹ When to use this

  • You are moving to a new coach and wondering whether you need to create a new account

  • You want to follow programs from multiple coaches at the same time

  • You want to confirm your training history will carry over when switching coaches

βœ… How it works

  • One account, any coach - your client account is not tied to a specific coach. You can follow programs from any coach who uses FITR

  • Follow multiple coaches - you can be subscribed to programs from different coaches at the same time. Each program appears as a separate block on your calendar

  • Training history stays with you - all your Personal Records, body metrics, and past workout history are saved to your account permanently, regardless of which coach you are following

  • Switching is seamless - to follow a new coach, simply subscribe to their program or accept their invite. No account changes needed

πŸ”§ Troubleshooting and FAQs

I signed up through a specific coach's link and now I cannot find other coaches' programs

  • Your account is not restricted to that coach. Browse the FITR storefront or ask a coach to send you an invite link to join their program.

My Personal Records are not showing after moving to a new coach's program

  • PRs are stored at the account level and carry over automatically. Check the Tracking section in the app to view all your saved PRs.
