Update Your Coaching Account Payment Method (Coach)

How to change or replace the card used to pay for your FITR coaching subscription.

You can update the payment method on your FITR coaching account at any time through Settings. Note that you cannot delete your only payment method while an active subscription is running - you need to add the new card first, then remove the old one.

  • Your card has expired and payments are failing

  • You want to switch to a different card or payment method

  • You have received a failed payment notification from FITR


πŸ–₯ Step-by-step instructions

  1. Click your profile icon in the bottom-left of your coach dashboard and select Settings

  2. Click the Billing tab

  3. Select Add payment method and enter your new card details

  4. Once the new card is saved, click the bin icon next to the old card to remove it

I can't delete my existing card

  • Cause: You cannot remove the only payment method on an active subscription.

  • Fix: Add your new card first, then delete the old one.

My new card was added but I'm still being charged on the old one

  • Cause: The old card may still be set as the default.

  • Fix: Delete the old card after adding the new one to ensure only the new card is on the account.
