If you have a discount code for your FITR coach subscription, you can apply it directly through your account Settings.

  1. Click your profile icon in the bottom-left of your coach dashboard and select Settings

  2. Select the Subscription tab

  3. Click Apply Discount Code

  4. Enter your code and confirm - the discount will apply to your next billing cycle

My discount code is not working

  • Cause: The code may be expired, already used, or entered incorrectly.

  • Fix: Double-check the code for typos and confirm with whoever provided it that it is still valid.

I applied the code but my invoice still shows full price

  • Cause: Discount codes apply from the next billing cycle, not the current one.

  • Fix: Check your next invoice - the discount should appear there.
