FITR has built-in messaging for direct conversations between coaches and clients, and for group conversations through Communities. All messages are accessible from the Inbox.
🖥 How to send a direct message
Go to Inbox in the main navigation
Click the compose icon to start a new conversation
Search for the client by name and type your message
📱 Messaging via the Client App
Clients can message their coach from the Messages tab in the Client App. Coaches can reply from the web dashboard or the Coach App.
