Send Messages on FITR (Coach and Client)

How to send direct messages and community messages on FITR - from the inbox, via direct message, or through program communities.

FITR has built-in messaging for direct conversations between coaches and clients, and for group conversations through Communities. All messages are accessible from the Inbox.


πŸ–₯ How to send a direct message

  1. Go to Inbox in the main navigation

  2. Click the compose icon to start a new conversation

  3. Search for the client by name and type your message


πŸ“± Messaging via the Client App

Clients can message their coach from the Messages tab in the Client App. Coaches can reply from the web dashboard or the Coach App.
