You can send a push notification to all members of a community by typing @community inside any bulk message or community chat message. This triggers an instant notification to all community members' devices.

You want to alert your clients or community members to a new message immediately
You are sharing an important update and want everyone notified right away
β οΈ Before you start
Push notifications via @community must be sent from the web browser - this does not work through the coach or client apps
π₯ How to send a push notification
As a coach
Log in to your coach dashboard via web browser
Go to your Inbox and select the Communities tab
Open the relevant community
Type your message and include @community anywhere in the text
Send the message - all community members will receive a push notification
The same approach works in bulk messages to clients.
As a client
Clients can also use @community inside a community chat message to notify all members. This must also be done via the web browser, not the app.
