Send Push Notifications to Your Community (Coach)

How to send push notifications to community members using @community in a message. Must be done via web browser, not the app.

You can send a push notification to all members of a community by typing @community inside any bulk message or community chat message. This triggers an instant notification to all community members' devices.

  • You want to alert your clients or community members to a new message immediately

  • You are sharing an important update and want everyone notified right away


⚠️ Before you start

  • Push notifications via @community must be sent from the web browser - this does not work through the coach or client apps


πŸ–₯ How to send a push notification

As a coach

  1. Log in to your coach dashboard via web browser

  2. Go to your Inbox and select the Communities tab

  3. Open the relevant community

  4. Type your message and include @community anywhere in the text

  5. Send the message - all community members will receive a push notification

The same approach works in bulk messages to clients.

As a client

Clients can also use @community inside a community chat message to notify all members. This must also be done via the web browser, not the app.
