FITR gives you several ways to contact clients: direct messages, community posts, bulk messages, and feedback on individual performance entries. The right channel depends on what you want to say and who you want to reach.

Direct message - one-to-one chat with any client via your Inbox.
Bulk message - send a DM to a group at once (active, trial, or past clients on a program). Each client receives it as a private message.
Community - group chat where all clients on a subscription program can post and reply.
Performance feedback - leave a note directly on a client's logged training entry via Review and Build mode.
