Communities are group chats automatically tied to a subscription-based program. FITR manages membership for you - clients are added when they join the program and removed when they leave. No manual admin needed.
Communities are not available for Fixed Length programs.
🖥 How to launch a community
Go to Programming > Programs
Click More next to the program and select Message Community
Send a message - this launches the community and it will appear in your Inbox
