Memos let you add notes directly to any training day in your program schedule. They can be visible to clients or kept as coach-only internal notes.
📋 When to use Memos
To guide, motivate, or remind clients about the day's session
To add warm-up instructions, nutrition guidance, or preparation notes
To separate AM and PM sessions in the schedule
To leave internal reminders or planning markers for yourself or other coaches
🖥 How to add a Memo
Click the Add Memo icon on any day in the schedule
Enter a title and your message
Add optional resources such as links or videos
Click Save
Toggle whether to hide the Memo from clients (coach-only) or leave it visible
You can also copy and paste Memos, save them as Templates, and drag and drop them onto other days in the schedule.
🔧 Troubleshooting
Memo not visible to client: Check the visibility toggle when saving — make sure it is not set to hidden
Cannot drag a Memo to another day: Make sure you are in edit mode for the schedule
