You need a coach account to add Memos
Ensure the program is created and visible in the schedule

Add a Memo
Click the Add Memo icon on any day in the schedule
Enter a title and your message
Add optional resources such as links or videos
Click Save
Choose whether to hide the Memo from clients
Additional Memo Actions
Copy & paste Memos
Save Memos to Templates for future use
Drag and drop Memos onto other days in the schedule
