Learn how to use Memos in your training schedule

1. Summary

Memos allow you to add notes to any training day, providing context, reminders, or extra coaching support for your clients without affecting their progress or tracking.

2. When to use this

  • To guide or motivate clients

  • To add preparation notes, nutrition guidance, or warm-up instructions

  • To leave internal reminders for yourself or other coaches

  • To separate AM/PM sessions in the schedule

3. Before you start

  • You need a coach account to add Memos

  • Ensure the program is created and visible in the schedule

4. Step-by-step instructions

Add a Memo

  1. Click the Add Memo icon on any day in the schedule

  2. Enter a title and your message

  3. Add optional resources such as links or videos

  4. Click Save

  5. Choose whether to hide the Memo from clients

Additional Memo Actions

  • Copy & paste Memos

  • Save Memos to Templates for future use

  • Drag and drop Memos onto other days in the schedule

5. Ways to Use Memos

Client-Facing Memos
These are visible to your clients to guide, support, or motivate them. Examples include:

  • Welcome messages

  • Reminders and coaching tips

  • Nutrition guidance

  • Warm-up or preparation notes

  • AM/PM session separators

Coach-Only Memos
Keep internal notes for organisation and team communication. Examples include:

  • Personal reminders

  • Planning markers or dividers

  • Notes for other coaches on your team

6. Troubleshooting & FAQs

  • Memo not visible to client → Check the visibility toggle when saving

  • Cannot drag Memo to another day → Ensure you’re in edit mode for the schedule

7. Contact Support if…

  • Memos are not saving or disappearing from the schedule

  • Clients report not seeing a Memo despite it being visible
