How to access a client's training calendar from the FITR Coach App — log results, mark sessions complete, and reschedule on their behalf.

The FITR Coach App lets you access any client's training calendar directly from your phone — view their sessions, log performance on their behalf, mark workouts complete, and reschedule. This is ideal for in-person sessions where you want to log results in real time.


⚠️ Before you start

  • This feature is available on the PRO and Unlimited plans only — not on the Free Plan


📱 How to access a client's calendar on the Coach App

  1. Open the FITR Coach App

  2. Tap the calendar icon in the bottom-left corner

  3. Select the client whose calendar you want to access

  4. Browse their training schedule and tap into any session

From here you can:

  • Log performance results on a client's behalf

  • Mark sessions as complete

  • Add notes or workout entries

  • Reschedule training days (where the program type supports it)
