FITR is a platform that grows with your coaching business. The level system means you're always on the right plan for where you are today - and as your client base grows, your per-client cost actually drops.

📋 The level system
Eight levels, starting at Band 1 for your first five clients and scaling up to Band 8- Unlimited. Your subscription price is determined by one thing: how many active clients you have.
An active client is any client with a subscription - free or paid to one of your programs.

💡 The more you grow, the lower your per-client cost.
At Band 1 you're paying £3.00 per client per month.
By Band 7, that's £1.80. Growing with FITR gets cheaper per client, not more expensive. That's by design.
💰 Annual billing: save 20%
Switching to annual billing saves you 20% on your subscription compared to monthly. It's available on every paid level and applies immediately when selected.
It's the single biggest lever for reducing your FITR subscription cost.
You can switch between monthly and annual billing at any time in
Settings → Subscription → Manage My Plan. Switching from monthly to annual is immediate. Switching from annual to monthly takes effect at your next billing date.
Switching billing frequency on the same level does not count as a level change. Your current pricing is unaffected.
✅ Every feature on every paid level
Every paid FITR level - Band 1 through Band 8 Unlimited - includes every FITR feature. Tracks, Zapier, Customisation, Payment Subscription Options, full programing tools, financial dashboards, reporting, and more.
The only difference between levels is your client cap. There are no premium tiers, no add-ons to unlock, and no features held back for higher bands. You get the full platform from day one.
🛡️ Existing coaches: your pricing is protected
If you were on FITR before 6th May 2026, your current pricing stays in place indefinitely - as long as you stay on your current level. Nothing changes unless you choose to move.
What counts as a level change (and applies new pricing): moving up a band manually, moving down a band, or an Auto Upgrade moving you up a band.
What does not count as a level change: switching between monthly and annual billing on your current level, updating your payment details, or pausing and resuming your subscription at the same level.
On annual billing? You renew at your current level and your current rate. Annual renewal does not reset your pricing to new rates.
🔼 Auto Upgrade
Auto Upgrade means the platform never blocks a new client signup because you've hit your level cap. When a new client pushes you past your current limit, FITR moves you to the next level automatically - no frozen signups, no admin, no lost clients.
It's enabled by default on all paid accounts. You can turn it off at any time in
Settings → Subscription → Auto Upgrade.

💳 Business Automation fee
In addition to your subscription, a Business Automation fee of 5.99% flat applies to revenue you process through FITR. This is what powers your financial dashboard, tax automation, invoicing, dispute handling, failed payment retries, and the access control that keeps non paying clients out of your programmes automatically.
