Once your nutrition app is syncing with FITR via Apple Health or Google Health Connect, your macro intake appears as daily and weekly charts alongside your targets.
⚙️ What nutrients are tracked
FITR displays your logged intake of protein, carbs, fat, calories, iron, potassium, and fibre.
⚙️ How the weekly chart works
Each week's chart shows two rings:
Outer ring — how much you have consumed
Inner ring — your set target
This makes it easy to see at a glance how close you are to hitting your weekly goals.
⚙️ Grams vs. percentages
You can toggle the chart view between:
Grams — the actual amount consumed for each macro
Percentages — what proportion of your total intake each macro represents
