Macros for Clients: Managing Macro Targets

Macro targets in FITR are set by your coach within your program. You can choose which program's targets to follow, opt out entirely, or update your selection at any time.

βš™οΈ How macro targets work

  • Your coach adds macro targets to specific days in your program schedule

  • When you open the Macros section (heart icon in the footer), you can choose which active program or track to pull targets from

  • You can opt out at any time - you are not required to follow macro targets

  • To update or change your targets, go to Profile Settings > Macros


πŸ”§ Troubleshooting and FAQs

My 1-2-1 or Group Rolling Calendar program is not showing in the Macros section

  • Cause: For 1-2-1 and Group Rolling Calendar programs, macros only appear if the target dates are current or in the future. If the targets were set for dates in the past, they will not appear.

  • Fix: Contact your coach and ask them to check the macro block dates in your program.

My targets are not calculating correctly

  • Cause: Your coach may have set weight-based targets, and you have not added your body weight yet.

  • Fix: Go to Profile Settings > Bodymetrics and enter your weight.
