Gathering Program Feedback From Clients (Coach)

How to collect client feedback and check-in responses inside your programs using free text training blocks.

Updated today

FITR does not have a built-in feedback form feature, but you can use training blocks to collect structured client feedback directly inside your programs. Clients respond as performance notes, and you can review and reply exactly as you would for any other session.

πŸ“‹ When to use this

  • You want to ask clients for feedback on a program, block, or training week

  • You want to collect check-in responses or subjective data from clients within the program itself

πŸ–₯ How to set up a feedback block

  1. Open the program and navigate to the day where you want to collect feedback

  2. Add a free text training block

  3. Give the block a clear, consistent title β€” e.g. "Weekly Feedback" or "End of Block Check-in"

  4. In the body of the block, write the questions or prompts you want clients to respond to

Clients respond by writing their answers as performance notes on that block β€” exactly the same way they log notes after any training part. You can then review and reply in Review Mode.

Tip: Using a consistent block title (e.g. "Weekly Feedback") across your programs makes it easy to search and filter responses in Workout History.

βš™οΈ Reusing feedback blocks

Once you have a feedback block set up, you can save the day or block as a template and insert it into other programs without rewriting it each time.
