Moving from another coaching app to FITR is straightforward. This guide covers how to get set up and bring your existing clients across, including clients who currently pay you outside of FITR.
🖥 Step 1 — Create your coach account
Select Coaching Provider — not client
Complete the sign-up process
🖥 Step 2 — Create your program
Choose your program type, set the price, and publish. If you have clients who are already paying you directly (e.g. via bank transfer or another platform), set a full price on the program and give those clients a 100% off coupon so they can access it for free while continuing to pay you directly.
🖥 Step 3 — Create a 100% off coupon for migrating clients
Go to Marketing > Coupons
Click Create coupon
Set the discount to 100%
Set usage limits and an expiry date if needed
Share the coupon code with your migrating clients so they can join the program at no charge through FITR
Once clients are in FITR, you can transition them to direct billing through the platform when you are ready.
