How to Contact FITR Support

There are three ways to contact FITR Support; live chat inside the platform, email, and the Help Centre. Live chat is the fastest for urgent issues.


💬 Live chat

Available directly inside the FITR platform. Click the chat icon in the bottom-right corner of any page in your coach or client dashboard. Live chat is monitored during business hours and is the quickest way to get a response.


📧 Email

Send your query to [email protected]. Include your FITR account email and as much detail as possible with screenshots, error messages, and the name of the program or feature involved will speed up resolution.


📚 Help Centre

Browse the FITR Help Centre at support.coachwithfitr.com for step-by-step guides on every feature. The Help Centre is also searchable directly from the chat widget inside FITR.


🔧 What to include when contacting support

  • Your FITR account email address

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Any error messages you are seeing (exact wording or screenshot)

  • The program name and client email if the issue is client-specific

  • Your device type and browser or app version
