Zapier Test Data Is Different to My Account (Coach)

Why Zapier test data looks different to your real FITR account — it uses sample placeholder records and this is expected behaviour.

Updated today

When you connect FITR to Zapier and run a test, the data shown is sample test data — not your real account data. This is normal and expected.

⚙️ Why the test data looks different

Zapier uses placeholder records to confirm that the connection is working correctly. It does not pull live data from your FITR account during the test step. Once your Zap is live and triggered by a real event, it will use your actual account data.

If the test returns data (even if it looks unfamiliar), your connection is working.
