⚙️ How Zapier works
A Zap is an automated workflow made up of:
Trigger — an event in one app that starts the workflow (e.g. "New client subscribed" in FITR)
Action — what happens next in another app (e.g. "Add row to Google Sheets")
Once a Zap is published, it runs automatically every time the trigger fires.
