How the FITR Zapier integration works, and available triggers, data sent, popular apps to connect, and how to get started.

Zapier connects FITR to thousands of other apps so you can automate workflows without any coding. Available on the PRO Plan.


⚙️ Available triggers

Choose from 20 FITR triggers to fire automated actions in other apps:

  • Client starts a trial / converts from trial / cancels during trial

  • Client starts a subscription (no trial) / cancels subscription / subscription formally ends / renews

  • Client is scheduled on a program / downloads a Fixed Length program / is about to end a program / ends a Fixed Length program

  • Client uses a coupon

  • Client marks first workout complete / completes a milestone (e.g. 100 workouts)

  • Client records first Personal Record / hits a PR / records first Challenge / hits a Challenge PR

  • Client records first Body Metric

  • Client's birthday


⚙️ Data sent to Zapier

Depending on the trigger, FITR sends fields including: client name, email, country, program name, program start date, subscription dates, price, coupon details, days completed, Personal Record name and value, and birthday date.
