If you have purchased a Fixed Length program from Josh and want to get started, you do this from My Purchases on the web, then add it to your App calendar. The steps below walk you through it.
🖥 How to start your program
Log in at app.fitr.training in a web browser
Open the profile drop-down menu and select Billing
Select My Purchases
Click the... menu to the right of the program name
Press Start Program
📱After you start it
You will be given the option to add to the program to your App calendar. Once added, open your FITR App and your training will be waiting for you. If you need to move your training around afterwards, Move or Reschedule My Training Schedule walks you through it.
🔧If something is not working
If the program is not in My Purchases, check that you are logged into the same account you used to buy it
If you have pressed Start Program but the training is not showing, close and reopen your App, or log out and back in to refresh it.
