Yes, you can downgrade from the PRO Plan at any time via Settings. Your branding will revert to FITR's default green styling and your custom domain will be released, making it available for other coaches to claim.

If another coach takes your custom domain while you are on the Free Plan, FITR cannot reclaim it for you. If your custom domain matters to your brand, staying on the PRO Plan is the safest option.

Downgrading also removes access to other PRO-only features such as the Zapier integration.
