Your coach has invited you to a training program on FITR. To access your training, you need to accept that invite and either log into or create your FITR client account. Here is how to do that on desktop and mobile, plus what to do when things do not go as expected.

You have received an email from your coach with a program invite
You have been told you have been added to a program but you cannot see it yet
You are setting up your FITR client account for the first time
π₯ Accepting your invite on desktop
Open the invite email from your coach and click Click Here to Sign Up
You will be taken to the FITR sign-up page. If you already have a FITR client account, log in. If not, create one, and use the same email address the invite was sent to
Once signed in, you will be prompted to download the FITR Client App to access your training on your phone. You can also view your schedule from the left-hand menu if you prefer to use FITR on desktop

Open the invite email on your phone and tap Click Here to Sign Up
If you do not have the FITR Client App, you will be prompted to download it β do this first
Log in with your FITR account or create a new one using the same email the invite was sent to
Open the FITR app β your training program should now be visible
π§ What to do if something is not working
I did not receive the invite email
Check your spam or junk folder first. If it is not there, confirm with your coach which email address they sent the invite to. Ask them to resend it if needed.
I accepted the invite but I cannot see my program in the app
The most common cause is being logged into the wrong account. Log out and log back in using exactly the same email address the invite was sent to. If you created a new account during sign-up, use those credentials β not an existing account linked to a different email.
The invite link says it has expired or is invalid
Invite links are single-use and can expire. Contact your coach and ask them to send a new invite to the same email address.
My coach says they cannot invite me using my email address
If your email address is already registered as a coach account on FITR, it cannot also be used as a client account. You will need to sign up with a different email. A good workaround is to use a + alias β for example, if your coach email is [email protected], sign up as a client with [email protected]. Emails will still arrive in your normal inbox.
I can log in but my program is not there
Check that you are in the FITR Client App, not the Coach App β they are separate apps. Also confirm with your coach that they fully completed the invite process on their end.
