As an account owner, you can update the profile picture for any coach in your account from the Settings area.

A coach's profile picture needs updating
The wrong avatar is showing to clients
You are setting up a new coaching team member's profile
β οΈ Before you start
You must be logged in as the account owner β invited coaches cannot update each other's profile pictures
π₯ How to update a coach's profile picture
Log in and click your profile picture in the bottom-left corner
Select Settings
Open the Coaches tab
Find the coach you want to update and click Edit next to their name
Upload a new profile picture
Save the changes
The updated picture will appear across FITR immediately, for both coaches and clients.

The new profile picture is not showing yet
Try refreshing the page or logging out and back in β this is usually a browser cache issue that clears immediately.
